Banning Lewis Ranch is an neighborhood in Colorado that absolutely has a small town, cozy vibe. It is perfect for a quick photo shoot for busy families who need a weeknight session. Last year, I moved into the Colorado Springs neighborhood affectionately called “Banning”. One of my favorite parts of it is the running and walking trails and how much we can enjoy nature here.
My friend asked for a mini because her youngest hadn’t seen pictures of himself at home. I offered to meet by my house for the session. I said yes, why don’t we meet up by my house! It is the perfect spot for a quick little photo shoot in northeast Colorado Springs.
It absolutely was worthwhile with the most perfect sunshine, bright greens and slight breeze. Mama got new photos. Kiddos only had to give me about 15 minutes of focus. We all had a good time. There were so many giggles and positive moments.
Photography sessions do not have to be difficult.
